Hello pilots,

The Flight Simulator Expo is taking place in Houston on the weekend of June 24th and June 25th. We will have staff on hand recruiting at the expo and we want to make our presence known! To do that, we are planning two group flights over the weekend. First up, on Saturday, June 24th, 2023 at 1700Z, we have planned an event called The Texas Triangle.

This group flight will consist of three flights. We will start at Dallas Love (DAL), head down southwest to Austin (AUS), proceed east to Houston Hobby (HOU) and finish up heading north back to Dallas Love.

We want to have a strong showing for the Flight Simulator Expo, so we encourage all pilots to come out and fly as many legs as you can. Help show everyone why we are the best Virtual Airline out there!

We are also excited to announce a scenery give-a-way! For those pilots that fly during either event, you will be eligible for this give-a-way! That's two chances if you fly both events!

Please note: Only one submission per pilot per day. Those who submit a form are doing so for a chance to win a free scenery of their choice for any simulator up to the cost of $20. Pilots MUST include proof of flight via link of report from swavirtual.com reports page or an alternate flight tracking link such as Volanta, SimToolKitPro, etc. No manual reports will be accepted. The winner will be selected at random after the conclusion of the event and the form will be reset at 0000 CST on Sunday June 25th for those who wish to participate in the Sunday give-a-way. Pilots must fly on the day of the event during the times published to be eligible.
