TRAINING COORDINATOR:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to the Assistant Director of Training for the lesson plans, syllabus, Instructor selection/training, and the adequacy/realism of the ground, flight, and emergency training delivered in their respective curriculum segments. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring, on a regular basis, that Instructors follow the approved lesson plans and syllabus.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires 6 months as a VA member.
Rank requirements: First Officer or higher
Ideally a qualified instructor, FAA or real world pilot.
Training and/or Scheduling experience desired.
Management experience desired.
Semi open availability for meetings, training, etc.

MANAGER OF TRAINING AND STANDARDS:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to the Assistant Director of Training for managing the delivery of ground and flight training curriculum, instructor selection/training, the instructional staff, program development, and maintenance. Responsibilities include oversight of instructors and instructor training programs.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires 6 months as a VA member.
Rank requirements: Captain or higher
Ideally a qualified instructor, FAA or real world pilot.
Training and/or Scheduling experience desired.
Management experience desired.
Semi open (min 2 days/week) availability for meetings, training, etc.
